Rick realized early in his career that he couldn't be in all places at one time.  He understood that even if he worked as hard as humanly possible, the needs of his clients could suffer if he tried to do everything on his own.  The answer to this dilemma was to build a team of specialized professionals, each utilizing unique skills, techniques and systems to focus and serve the various facets of the business.  The team concept ensures that a buyer or seller gets the benefit of a coordinated team of specialists whose goal is to ensure a smooth transaction that exceeds expectations.  Our team currently consists of 3 Real Estate Consultants, an REO Marketing Manager, a Retail Marketing Manager, a Transaction Manager, a Client/Database Specialist, a Bank/Corporate-Owned Property Specialist, two Field Supervisors, and an Executive Assistant.  This amazing group of professionals allows us the opportunity to greatly enhance the quality of service we can deliver to our clients.
